Who I Am....
My name is Elizabeth Rodriguez, and I am a Lactation Specialist and Birth Doula, proud owner of Pumping Hearts,
serving families throughout South Florida.
With an extensive healthcare background in nursing, massage therapy, lactation education and child development, I bring
a well-rounded, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to every family I support.
My passion lies in nurturing and empowering new & growing families with maternal care and education to last a lifetime.

Birth & Postpartum Doula
Experience continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. Allow your dedicated doula to empower you and help you achieve a positive, confident birth experience.
First Visit: Whether you choose a home, water or a hospital birth, our doula services begin with a two-hour in-home visit that includes personalized birth planning and education.
Second Visit: From there, you will receive unconditional labor support starting on your birth date and remaining by your side through delivery. Soon after, your Doula will introduce you to lactation support and encourage rooming-in with your baby—allowing time for rest, connection, and healing.
Third Visit: Follow-up visit in 2 weeks after birth date, making sure mom and baby are thriving and adjusting well. Additional resources provided if needed.
3 visits - $800
Everything you need-Doula!
Prepare for pregnancy, labor and delivery with confidence!
First visit recommended by 35 weeks gestation: planning for birth, birthing process education, recovery & lactation education. (2 hours)
Second visit: on your birth date, providing unconditional support, education on pain management techniques with a calm environment, what to expect during labor, followed by skin-to-skin with your baby, introduction to lactation within the first hour of birth.
Third Visit: hospital discharge day, arriving home and adjusting to your new environment with baby. Providing postpartum care for mom and baby, light house-keeping, lactation/pumping assistance, meal-prepping, massage therapy to aid your lymphatic system, ensuring you feel rested, prepared and empowered. (8 hours)
Fourth visit: follow-up visit 2 weeks after birth date, making sure mom and baby are thriving and adjusting well. Additional resources provided if needed. (2 hours)

Enjoy pregnancy with ease! Stress-free maternity massage therapy in the comfort of your home. Reducing stress, swelling, aches and pains from extra weight, postpartum breast engorgement, assisting your lymphatic system, boosting your emotional mood and feeling well- rested.
